At Reprotec our people are important to us. Our June 2006 acquisition of the Investors in People award marks our commitment to the training and development of our highly-valued team.

All of the Reprotec team follow a continuous development plan with the aim of gaining National Vocational Qualifications in their trade, as well as aiding their own personal development.

Our on site team are Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cardholders, an industry standard qualification awarded for both trade competence and health & safety awareness, which is of uppermost importance in our work.
