Reprotec are an Associate member of the Resin Flooring Association, FeRFA, and with the support of their insurance-backed guarantee scheme, when you use Reprotec, it's more than just your floor that's covered!

Reprotec operates our own individual warranty scheme based on specification and agreement. This can take the form of a minimum twelve-month term but is typically extended depending on purpose of use.

The main benefits of the FeRFA guarantee scheme are:

• One-off premium for a full 10 year guarantee
• Premium based on individual projects
• Exclusive to FeRFA members
• Index linked
• Policy insured by Generali Belgium SA and CGU
• Third party independent inspection
• In the event of a claim, client deals with insurer direct
• Guarantee is independent of the contracting company and materials manufacturer

 

In addition, FeRFA provide their own guarantee scheme. FeRFA represents the leading manufacturers, contractors and associated companies involved in resin flooring systems. Every floor that Reprotec is involved with is developed in strict compliance with the FeRFA code of conduct, a stringent code of practise designed to ensure a perfect job every time.

For a one-off premium payment, equal to approximately 4% of the contract value, clients can take advantage of this 10-year guarantee scheme. The insurance value, which covers both materials and labour, is index-linked to provide further peace of mind.

The scheme is independently monitored by a consulting engineer both during the preparation of the substrate and the installation of the resin flooring system.
