As Specialist Maintenance Contractor to Copon-E. Wood Ltd.

As a part of Northumbrian water ongoing general maintenance schedule.

The interior of the complex at Dalton, Co Durham was given its long awaited refurbishment. In addition to the floors, stairways and landing areas the building received a general overhaul to doors, windows and sundry fittings.

Other locations and sites are now to be scheduled for upgrades to suit the clients yearly budget and long term maintenance requirements.

Application to Specialist Coatings:
The surfaces of the steel cover plates were coated with DWI Potable Water approved material Copon Hycote 162PW in a light grey to meet current government water regulations standards.

The remaining floors, stairways and landing areas were coated with Copon Hycote 51WT & Copon Hycote 665 solvent free high build Epoxy resin system in dark grey, as detailed in the attached photographs.

The client endorsed and approved the finished result and was delighted with the transformation and the standard of workmanship achieved.
